It is defined as news articles that are intentionally and verifiably false in order to manipulate people's perceptions of reality. However, it has also become a tool for inciting and intensifying social conflict. Untrue stories that intentionally mislead readers have increased mistrust among the people. In some cases, mistrust leads to incivility, protest over fictitious events and even violence. False information has been around for a long time, but with the rise of the internet and social media, it is becoming increasingly difficult to determine what can and cannot be trusted. Journalism Changing The World

Journalists play one of the most important roles in society; they not only disseminate information and write articles for information, entertainment, and literature, but they are also becoming the world's voice, reformers, and revolutionaries. However, this privilege and power come with risks that could be very dangerous for the journalist or even for other people. For this reason, journalists must adhere to certain guidelines and conventions in order to give their work credibility and maintain their standing in society.   As a student journalist, I find it difficult to do journalism at times, especially when it involves hard news. Transparency, equality, accuracy, and newsworthiness are all important virtues to uphold. My Media, Our Communication

  "Communication is the transmission of emotion," says Seth Godin. Do you think that's true? It is, at least, for me. Communication is extremely adaptable and limitless. It could be anywhere and in any mode of transmission, including media.   Communication can take many forms, including verbal, visual, emotional, and physical actions. And, like communication, media has the ability and power to influence, and it is the best medium we could use in communication because it is very accessible and efficient to communicate these days. The media is also a mass communication enterprise that facilitates communication through the use of tools and mediums such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television, the Internet, and other media channels used to transmit information. Simply put, media is the primary medium through which the vast majority of the general public is reached in the communication process.                         ...
